211 LA is the central source for providing information and referrals for all health and human services in LA County including food and shelter assistance. The 2-1-1 phone line is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, with trained multilingual Community Resource Advisors prepared to offer help with any situation, any time. LA County Homeless Outreach Portal
LA County has a web-based outreach portal to assist in providing services to vulnerable residents living on the street. This tool allows individuals to request help and to be connected with outreach workers.

Union Station Homeless Services offer comprehensive outreach, shelter, housing, and employment services to help homeless and very low-income adults and families.
Department of Mental Health
The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) directly operates more than 80 programs and contracts with more than 700 providers, including non-governmental agencies and individual practitioners who provide a spectrum of mental health services to people of all ages to support hope, wellness and recovery.
