Located in the beautiful City of La Puente, from the 60 Freeway, exit the Hacienda Boulevard off-ramp and travel North. Cross Valley Boulevard and pass under the railroad bridge. Turn right at Stafford Avenue. Follow Stafford to the Glendora Avenue stop sign. Stay straight onto Main Street. Left on Stimson Avenue. Parking lot is on the right hand side.

Groups & Clubs
The Center provides a group setting for Senior’s to participate in. Groups such as Weight Loss Support, Caregiver Support, Walking Club, Spanish Club, Senior Citizens’ Club, Korean Club, and Dancing Group are all available for senior’s to enjoy. Transportation
La Puente Dial-A-Ride is a curb-to-curb para-transit service provided by the City of La Puente for seniors 55 years of age or older and persons with disabilities who reside within the City. Passengers may travel anywhere within the City of La Puente. In addition, passengers may travel up to 5 miles outside the City limits for medical or dental appointments. For more information or to receive an application, please call the Senior Center or Dial-A-Ride at (626) 330-4000. Service hours are as follows: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (last pick-up of the day is 5:30 p.m.), Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Sunday, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Cost is 0.25¢ per ride.
L.A. County Dial-A-Ride is a transportation service for seniors 60 years of age or older and persons with disabilities who reside within the unincorporated County areas surrounding the cities of Covina, West Covina, and La Puente. For more information please contact 1-800-439-0439. Service hours are as follows: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Cost is 0.25¢ per ride.
Access Services, Inc provides transportation for persons with disabilities. Access operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day in most areas of L.A. County. Base fares range from $1.80-$2.70 for each one-way trip. For more information, please contact 1-800-827-0829 or stop by the Senior Center to pick-up an application.
