Public Records

Under the Public Records Act, the City Clerk's Office must make public records available to any member of the public upon request. All records are available for public viewing at City Hall, 15900 E. Main Street, La Puente, CA between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays. The City Clerk has 10 days to determine if a record is a public document.

There is currently a nominal copying charge of 25¢ per page.  To obtain a copy or view any public document, a request form is to be submitted to the City Clerk's Office.  Forms are available online and may be completed and faxed to City Hall at (626) 961-4626.
