Preservation Partners of Long Beach Completes Renovation of a 132-unit Apartment Complex
Preservation Partners of Long Beach has completed a substantial renovation of a 132-unit apartment complex. The City approved the Tax Exempt financing for the project in 2016. The City was pleased to work in partnership with Preservation Partners in approving the Tax Exempt Financing enabling them to leverage almost $40 million dollars for this project. La Puente is open for business. The City and Preservation Partners approached this development as a partnership and worked hand in hand to ensure its success.
La Puente is consistently named one of California’s safest places to live and works closely with developers from across Southern California and across the nation to identify opportunities that allow us to provide first class housing. Preservation Partners was a great match for the community. They provide high quality management services by adhering to three important principles: safe, decent, and sanitary housing, excellent resident/management relations, and the implementation of tenant activities and/or social programs that will enhance the living environment of the community.
